Erythronium oreganum is native to the Pacific Northwest, from Oregon into British Columbia. This plant was collected by Ed many years ago and has never been as prolific in reseeding as E. revolutum. The foliage of oreganum is mottled, but not as intensely as some of the revolutum plants in the garden. The flower stalks get to 12 to 14 inches tall and flower along with E. revolutum and E. hendersonii, making for a beautiful medley from late March into April.
