Dahlia sherfii 'Seedling'

| Dahlia sherfii 'Seedling' was bought from a local
nursery. This beautiful specie has been grown in a container for the last
four years. While some of the larger flowered dahlias are fun and showy,
one can get away with less deadheading on a plant like this. In 2003 we
will be adding some newer hybrid dahlia plants to Ed's perennial border,
to extend the season of interest into October.
