Philadelphus 'Silberregen'

| Philadelphus 'Silberregen' is a mock orange that
was hybridized in Germany. 'Silberregen' translates into 'Silver Showers',
which is appropriate as this form flowers heavily. Many of the newer hybrids
available at our local nurseries have Philadelphus microphyllus blood
in them. These plants have a more compact growth habit and very fragrant
flowers. P. 'Silver Showers' is located in the woodland glen, near the eastern
property line.
